We facilitated the leadership
team in identifying primary developmental issues, including the information
technology opportunities for qualitative data archives and redefining their
relationship to their university home.

We led a series of planning
sessions with the leadership team resulting in a two day large group design
that would be affordable and effective. It was a stretch for their culture,
but not disconnected from their basic values. It was designed to maximize
creative dialogue among their staff, board and other relevant stakeholders.

One
hundred participants projected the future environment, identified the strengths
of the center and developed viable options for the leadership team and board
to use in their strategic planning. New partnerships were formed and innovative
ideas germinated among international stakeholders. We use large systems interventions
frequently to support inter-organizational collaboration. Gathering all parties
together creates energy and ideas in an efficient lively event.
